Bulkweighing Scale GS – BS, capacity from 100 up to 3,000 TPH

The superior design reduces wear and tear by 20-30% and allows the bulkweighing scale to handle a wide range of commodities without loss of throughput.
Bulkweighing system includes: equipment for automated weighing, service platform, gates, support construction, air filter, and temperature and level controls. The scale consists of three tight square steel hoppers. Systems are shipped assembled, wired, piped and pre-tested - ready for installation. Service platforms, ladders, special transitions and various liners are available. Gates are heavy-duty roller design ladder gates.
The scales can be additionally equipped with computerized inventory system to receive and unload commodities from trucks, rail cars, barges and vessels. Maximum accuracy of weighing is ensured. All the operations are easily fulfilled and controlled from one screen.
