Commercial Storage Facility

A commercial storage facility is located in the center of agricultural enterprise at the conjunction of truck roads. It is intended to receive grain from trucks within harvest period, sorting, weighing, cleaning, drying, storage and unloading into high capacity trucks. In case storage facility is located adjacent to railway there is an opportunity to unload grain into rail cars.
As various types of grain crops are stored and processed at the storage facilities, the commodities are stored in silos with various holding capacities. Total capacity of the storage facility is from 8,000 to 16,000 tons. The recommended capacity of one silo is from 2,000 to 4,000 tons. Quantity of bins varies from 4 to 6.
Temperature monitoring system and aeration system will ensure proper conditioning and quality of the stored grain within 12 months.
Capacity of trucks unloading is 100 MTPH.
Capacity of trucks and rail cars loading is 100 MTPH.
Capacity of the dryer is from 20 up to 50 MTPH.
Attending personnel is from 8 up to 12 persons.
