Description

Manufacturing method of grinding grain into flour at the mill designed by GSCOR includes subsequent interconnected operations:

• Storage of grain in bins to ensure continuous operation of the mill for 3 days
• Formation of grain grinding lot
• Cleaning of grain from admixtures and preparation of grain for grinding
• Three-stage dampening of grain
• Grinding of grain into flour
• Grading of flour and testing of flour grades
• Bulk storage of flour
• Packing of ready production into bags
